Purpose

This Agreement is to outline the changes in the attendance fees for free events or services organized by the partners of the Cooltouria Website.

Pricing Terms

  • Effective Date:
    This pricing adjustment is effective from the date of signing this Agreement.
  • Pricing Until September:
    For all events held until September 30, 2025, the attendance fee will be €1 per attendee.
  • Pricing From October:
    For all events held from October 1, 2025, onwards, the attendance fee will be €2 per attendee, until the next update.

Payment Terms

  • Invoice:
    Invoices will be issued monthly and will include the total number of attendees and the applicable rate.
  • Payment Due Date:
    Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date.

Credit Card Authorization

  1. By providing credit card details, the Partner authorizes the Website to withdraw the calculated amount each month in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
  2. The Partner is responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available on the provided credit card for each scheduled payment.

Security and Confidentiality

  1. The Website will use industry-standard security measures to protect the Partner’s credit card information.
  2. Credit card details provided by the Partner will be used solely for the purposes outlined in this Agreement and will not be shared with third parties except as required to process payments.

Payment Method

  1. The Partner agrees to provide valid credit card details to the Website for the purpose of processing payments.
  2. The Website is authorized to withdraw funds from the provided credit card as specified in this Agreement.

Attendee Credits

  1. The Partner will begin with a credit of 20 attendees upon registration.
  2. Once the initial 20 attendee credits are exhausted, the Partner will be charged for those 20 attendees.
  3. Thereafter, the Partner will be charged in increments of 100 attendee credits each time the current credit reaches zero.
  4. In case the account doesn’t reach the amount of zero credits in one month, it can be charged according to the amount of credits used.
