Pricing Agreement For Paid Products and Professional Services

Purpose

This Agreement is to outline the terms for charging fees on the published price of products that companies promote and publish as tours, tickets, tourism services, or products on Cooltouria.

Pricing Terms

• Effective Date:
  This pricing adjustment is effective from the date of acceptance of this Agreement.
• Charge Rate:
  A fee equivalent to 23% of the published price of the product will be charged for all products published on Cooltouria.
  For each attendee included in a booking, a charge of €0.30 will apply.

Payment Holding Period

1. All payments generated through the Platform for services provided by the Partner will be held by the Platform until the 10th working day of each month.
2. The holding period is established to ensure all transactions are processed and any potential transactions are concluded.

Payment Release

1. Payments held by the Platform will be released to the Partner on the 7th day of each month.
2. If the 10th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the payment will be released on the next business day.

Payment Method

1. Payments will be transferred to the Partner via Payment Method [e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, etc.].
2. The Partner must provide the necessary details for the chosen payment method to facilitate the transfer.

Fees and Deductions

1. Any fees or deductions applicable to the transactions will be detailed in the Platform’s terms and conditions and deducted before the release of funds.

Miscellaneous

• Governing Law:
  This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union.
• Entire Agreement:
  This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
